The thoughts you think and how you feel impact your actions, choices and behaviours, which impact your life experiences. It’s all connected, which is why in our sessions we work with the body and the mind.

Kinesiology works to balance your energy systems to help restore a natural state of balance in your body and mind…
The aim of restoring energetic balance is to help create optimal conditions for the body’s innate healing capacity, allowing you to function more effectively and enjoy improved health and wellbeing, physically, mentally and emotionally. Kinesiology uses muscle testing as a biofeedback system to help make the unconscious, conscious. That is, muscle testing helps to find underlying contributing factors related to your mental, physical or emotional dis-ease, and indicates the priority balancing techniques that will be most efficient in working to resolve them. Kinesiology is a holistic modality that uses subtle, non-invasive techniques to treat the cause, not the symptoms. Its holistic nature helps you gain insights about yourself and helps to develop an awareness of the impact your thoughts and feelings have on your body, actions, behaviours, choices and your everyday life.
NLP focuses on how you use the language of the mind to affect your behaviour in order to consistently achieve the outcomes you desire.
NLP helps you to gain awareness of the interrelationship between the mind, emotion, language and behaviour.
Neuro Linguistic Programming involves three main areas of focus:
1) Neuro - the nervous system and how we process our experience through our senses
2) Linguistic – language, both verbal and non-verbal and how language is used to give meaning to our experience
3) Programming - discovering and utilising the programs we run to achieve our outcomes.
NLP aims to determine how subjective experience affects behaviour either positively or negatively. EFT, also called Tapping, is an effective stress management technique for your mind and body
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) involves tapping on specific acupressure points whilst focusing on negative emotions, physical sensations or unresolved stress. Tapping on the acupressure points whilst focusing on unresolved stress works to neutralise the effect of negative emotions on the body’s energy systems. This helps to restore balance in the energy meridians, thus bringing more balance into your mental, emotional and physical state, enhancing your wellbeing and your body’s innate healing capacity.
MBSR involves a range of techniques that help to lower the stress response, using body, mind and breath awareness to cultivate focus, awareness and presence in the moment.
MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) helps you shift from being reactive, to being responsive. That is, instead of focusing on what is contributing to your stress, you focus your attention on your mind and body states, bringing your awareness to the thoughts, feelings and sensations that arise with acceptance and presence. In doing this, MBSR helps to increase your ability to cope with stress, pain and everyday challenges - as well as enhancing states of relaxation, promoting emotional regulation and your overall sense of wellbeing.
